Condo Rental and Sales Policies

Mirage Crossing has two important policies when renting or buying a condo.
Renting Policy
When renting, the MCRCHOA CC&R’s and the Rules and Regulations require a 30-day minimum rental term. Short-term rentals are NOT permitted. The complete condo rental policy can be found at the link below:

Working Capital Assessment
When purchasing a condo, after January 1, 2024, there is included in the initial HOA owner membership, a requirement of a Working Capital Assessment. The complete Working Capital Assessment requirements, can be foumd at the link below:
